Hi Falcon,
you only find the room if someone open or play in this room.
If all people left the room it will be closed.
Next sunday i want to open a new room for the guildwar. But kartRider is offline so if its possible i open the room in Popkart (chinese version of LartRider)
If you get question about popkart please write it down the thread "Popkart - Problems".

actually i got on popkart a few weeks ago by using wat u wrote thx i think popkart is cooler than kartrider even if it is in chinese im already an L2 and my friend is a green1 his name is soapsuds001 just for popkart and mine is falcon77 for kartrider and popkart  |

well, just to know. every time i make a new account or go to a new server i make L3 just on that day.
Popkart:-
id server level specialized
yaryoXD 1 L2 red five gloves item mode
yaryoXD 2 rookie+ one green finger speed mode
yaryoXD 3 rookie+ and - four green gloves item and speed mode.
POPriderXD 1 newbie (i dont use this) item and speed mode
popkart(taiwan)
id level specialized
yaryoXD gamania green gloves rookie and newbie speed mode
